I want them on there even if the people i sell them to never transfer them. is this possible?
thanx

The pups profiles are completed as the new owners complete the process into their name. Please encourage all pup owners in this. If is absolutely free and super easy to complete. Even if they want nothing else they should do this as it will give them ongoing access to their Pit Family growth.

Actually what we recommend our breeders do is to make front and back copies of all the pups forms. When you hand over a pup to a new owner you then make them complete the copied forms and then you keep those forms and give them the originals. You then can let them know you are going to submit on their behalf. Then simply use the online form link provided and complete the process for each new owner based on the information they have filled out. This also helps you as a breeder keep a customer file and gives you a base of prospects for future breedings.

The main thing to remember is that before handing them the pup you need the form complete and you will also need a front and side picture submitted with the form or it will not be processed as these are required.

It is absolutely critical that the pups are transferred correctly so that the Family can be tracked appropriately and to the greatest degree possible.

In regards to the paper forms these are just extra we pack in for breeders hard copy files if they ever wish to register and use the mail option instead of the ones provided online. These can also be copied and distributed as you wish.

If you are going to be breeding we highly encourage you to join the APBR Certified Kennel Program. This is a FREE service to APBR breeding members that comes with many extra value added benefits and services. One service is APBR Certified Kennels have their membership level here at Pit Bull Social bumped to GOLD. This gives you pretty much unlimited space for your account here as well as lets you have a banner for your kennel placed in the randomized footer as well as in the Certified Kennels section of our main sites, development and added marketing assistance and
more. Just review the conditions, fill in the form and send it in and we will take care of the rest. If you need assistance developing a banner once you are GOLD level we can show you how and quickly make all the associations.

Also check out the Tutorials section in the top menu. There are some cool videos there that show some great stuff. We are also going to be adding more within the next few days to help show you how to maximize your benefits and services.

If you need anything please feel free to ask.

ALSO-HOW WOULD I GO ABOUT SENDING PICS OF THE DOGS LINEAGE < GRAND PARENTS,GR.GRAND PARENTS...........?>

Sounds like an error due to the pics being in an unsupported format like .bmp. If they are in .bmp you can open them in an image editor then re-save them to the format .jpg. The system will then take a jpg image. If that doesn't work you can send the info by email.

For sending information on pedigrees. Two options are the easy way. Take either a high quality digital picture or a scan of an original pedigree. Save in jpg format, which is very high quality format and then submit this during the registration process. The registration form is setup to handle jpg format, which is the most common standard.

The main thing is to make sure that the copies you provide include all names and numbers, and are legible. If multiple copies are needed for large format pedigrees this is fine as we can piece things together on this side.

If for some reason these solutions do not work then we can also receive them by email as well. Just based on the error though it does sound like one that would be thrown for the bmp unsupported format during the upload process.

Please keep me updated on any other error messages as we are investigating this further to see if we can incorporate a better option that will also allow for bmp as well as Flash if possible.

Hi, I was just wondering if I could get my registration papers fixed. I got them in the mail and it says his name wrong and he is a male not a female. I can give you whatever info you guys need to fix it....thanks!

If you are referring to your last name being at the beginning then this is actually correct as it is meant to show ownership. This is the standard method in the Registration industry. (ex: Johnson's Rock) In lieu of the last name being appended to the front our standard also allows for switching this with a kennel name (J-Town's Rock)if the kennel is APBR Certified.

In regards to the sex this is what we showed on the submission. This has now been fixed to note him as a male.

In regards to the name if something other than mentioned please feel free to message us an we will be happy to help. If you wish to sign up as a Certified Kennel we will also be happy to provide that info.
