I just wanted to put out a good word about pitt bulls. I hate the look I get when someone asks what kind of dog I have and I tell them a pit bull. Most people then proceed to tell me how dangerous pitt bulls are and how careful I need to be having my 2yr old around him. This is just common sense with any dog. I am very careful! Anyways, on with my story. Sunday I went to the laundry room to get a basket of clothes. As I’m returning to the living room, I see Jaxson (my 2yr old) standing on my marble coffee table. He of coarse knows this a big "no-no". I dropped the basket and started chewing him out threatening with time out. As soon as he saw me he immediately climbed down from the table. Sampson (my 11mo old pitt) runs over to Jaxson knocks him down to his bum and stands in front of him and gives me the "you're gonna have to get through me look". It took all I could do not to roll in the floor laughing. This just goes to show how protective he is of my family and the loving bond that my little boy and Sampson have. They are best friends. They play tag and hide and seek. Jaxson can go hide in one of the kitchen cabinets and I can say to Sampson "go find Jax" and there he goes sniffin through the house until he finds his best friend.
