I am so sick of hearing people blame all violence on pit bulls. Half of the time there are attacks made by various other breeds and you will never hear about them, but goodness let a pit bull growl at the wrong person (for being in their area) and it makes national news. I am so sick of this. I own 3 very sweet pit bulls that will only lick you to death. People need to start making sure that all dog bites are publicized as much as "pit bull" bites.

I feel the same way! Rots, Dalmations, Dobermans, German Sheperds....Shall I go on? Are all aggressive just as much as a pitbull if you provoke them and teach them to be that way. You are not alone we should start a walk for pits and how they are not the enemy. And make T-Shirts too and everything!

My niece just her brand new pup mauled to death before her eyes by her neighbors dalmation and golden retriever. No pitbull involved there. Did it make the local newspaper??? NOPE!!! If it had been a pit bull you bet it would have. Around here anyway.
