you will need to get something in writing like a contract or statement from the original breeder/seller stating that they sold the dog to you and that your the rightful owner etc. Then you can go to court with that paperwork but even then I imagine it would be a flip of a coin on who gets to keep th... yea thats unlikely because the ppl she got the dogs from were said friends of hers not mine so thats rather doubtful but the female has already had pups from a mixed breed.
