This is crazy. I'm so sick of seeing more and more kennels that produce game style dogs that are actually dog fighting....especially the well known game lines. It's sick. I just can't believe that in this video he seriously said, "the best day of her life" ..... really? WTF is wrong with you.

I'm also sick of seeing big time breeders that keep their dogs on chains all the time....

If you don't have enough kennels then you shouldn't have that many dogs... not if they have to be chained up on huge, heavy chains all day, every day.

If you don't have the time to give food, fresh water, training, medical attention when needed, preventatives, and love to every dog... then don't own that many just for breeding purposes, money, and to make yourself a name.

Seriously, it really isn't that hard to do things the right way without neglecting your dogs physically and/or emotionally.

That video just really made me angry and this sure is the right place for my ranting and raving.

I know... I couldn't believe that. It wasn't even on the news or anything. It's just sad how well known bloodlines like that come from breeders that fight their dogs.

It's just another way for the breeders to build there own reputation claiming that 'their dog is better' and it's bull. There are laws and they've been in effect for quite some time... people are so stupid sometimes... </DIV> <DIV>Like Micheal Vick saying, 'we all make mistakes'.... really, cuz I've never fought, drowned, zapped a dog to death, I'd say that wasn't a 'mistake' and is the first sign of a murderer. All his fans are as sick as he is, knowing that the same hands that snapped this innocent dogs necks were the same hands that touch that football. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>And I'm sick of so many people saying that they 'have to test the gameness, and the only way to do so is by fighting them'.... when really weight pull is the perfect way to test a dogs gameness. It is a better way to test gameness than through fighting them and I'll explain it a lil'. </DIV> <DIV>-One dog has won 3 fights lets say... the dogs he fought were at a disadvantage. That same winner could lose to another dog that is better than him.. showing that that first winning dog isn't as good as what everyone thought. So basically you never really know how 'game' the dog is, because there is always another dog that's better. </DIV> <DIV>-But with weight pulling, the dog is always put to do a task... a task that gets harder and harder. The opponent being the weight and the weight becoming heavier and heavier. The dog is in control of if he wants to keep going or not at all times. A determined dog will keep going and going. It is easy to calculate out because the opponent being the weight and time, is easy to keep track of. With dog fighting, although one dog wins, you really don't know the 'gameness' of the other dog. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Basically weight pulling is the humane way of testing a dogs 'gameness' and the word needs to spread to the breeders that fight their dogs to 'proove their worthiness'. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Anyways, I just get super mad everytime I love the looks of a certain line of dogs... and find out that the breeders were fighting them and all their dogs were euthanized. It's just really disappointing. </DIV>
