I need help.. My male pit is registered. If the female that he had puppies with now that the "paper work can't be found" ugh can the puppies still have papers because of my male being registered?

first u would have to figure out with whom the female is registered with and try contacting them, if both parents are apbr then it shouldn't b a problem
