Why do most of your everyday peopl... Why is it wherever i go everyone loves to see our pups but says they would never own one because they are pitbulls? Why do most of your everyday people believe the hype of pitbulls being ferocious and volatile etc.? They are the complete opposite. I am a breeder and i find my biggest joys in finding our puppies good homes to loving owners. I love being able to see the pup sometime down the road and say hey i bred that pup look how he/she turned out and hey that pup makes the breed look good. But I hate when i turn around and see that one of my pups is listed online at a local shelter for adoption because the owner didnt want them anymore for whatever reason. Why get a pit pup if your not willing to stand by them? They are great dogs and a spectacular breed. Yeah they are strong and hyper and so much more but thats why we love them and if you train them right thy will be a life long companion. So why do people get them if at the first sign of obstinance or hard headedness which is a pit they wanna ditch them?And why if a person has a bad view point on pits must they pass their opinions along as fact an turn others off to pits before they get to know the breed? Why Is It?
