I got my dog when I lived in Tennessee. SInce then i've moved to Indiana without any problems. In July my family is moving to Ohio and I've just learned there are laws there that say you can't own pit bulls in this county. My dog is a registered service dog. We got her when she was 2 weeks old and she is a year and a half now. She is still a baby and playfull but we are still working thru her training.
Even though the county outlaws pit bulls is it not considered a violation of the ADA for them to tell me I can't have my service dog while living in that county?
