diet ??? to add or not. cook fresh water fish

I live right off the lake and I can get pretty much all the game fish I want.
I was thinking of adding in to my dry feed/rice/boiled egg diet.
I was going to debone & boil to be sure theres no parasites and I dont want to risk that
and unsure on the best freshwater fish for this.
has any trid this and what was your test results


p.s.
Before I get flammed I did spend alot of time lookong around and it was unclear on the right answers
and I made a short call to my vet but she didnt have much knowledge on the subject matter raw/fish
