I got an email saying I would have my papers within a week on Dec 30th...I sent an email and the response I got was that standard processing takes 6-8 wks...still no papers

exactly what email are you guys using? I'm having issues getting a single word out of APBR since I sent them my litter registration payment. They got the info on my kennel registration wrong and I can't correct it, and there is literally an address as contact info, no email address. WHere did you find an email address?

yes i recieved all paperwork it takes a while due to processing and i actually screwed mine up so they messeaged me and we fixed it
