Advice from breeders; When selling pups from a litter what is the general time guaranteed to the purchasers for the pup to be free of serious infection, disease and defects?
Great question...I could use a good answer to it too!
In my contract i state that the puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian withing 48-72 hrs after leaving my care. i gurantee health for 30 days but of course it must be withing the guidelines.
i ask that a pup be seen by a vet within 24 to 48 hours usually i give 1 weeks guaranteed if not seen by the vet and if it has than it depends on the defect or disease 30 days unless it is gentic usually

Times vary but you can use Contract of Purchase and Ownership available through the Member Express section of the Family Profile disc you received with initial registration. It can also be copy and pasted and modified if additional any changes wish to be made.
