I would say nope, big is good small isn't a good sign. However it slightly depend on how much fat she is carrying, if she is to fat then it could cause her problems having extra weight.

I would never believe that dog is 11 weeks. WOW. That's a big dog for 11 weeks. My pups are about to be 11 weeks so if you want me to send you a pic to compare just let me know. I would say that dog is way to be for 11 weeks. She doesn't look bad just HUGE haha
