I don't take any chances with my dogs. I feed my female in her crate and the male eats in the kitchen. I practice having them "give" me items, toys, bones, etc. If I want it, it's mine not theirs. I would not leave two pit bulls in a pen together, evidentally you are going to have a problem and someone will get hurt. I know both of my dogs history's. They were both family raised around dogs, kids and well socialized, they are 2yrs and 3 yrs now. I don't even leave these two together unattended. Things can get ugly in less than 3secs over an item. You must watch your dogs carefully for the signs they will show which will tell you if they are annoyed. Maybe a tail straight out and stiff, Ace's eyes start to dilate and contract........that is my one second warning!
Keep your dogs save........Keep them apart unless you are there and then make sure they are listening to you and respecting every thing you ask of them.
