Well, I wouldn't really say that certain bloodlines have a 'standard'... they may carry certain traits though. Like, you can have a RE bloodlined APBT that isn't a complete bully and then see a RE dog that is very bully. Not every dog from a bloodline has to look the same.
But to answer your question, Dutchess is a beautiful dog. In her black and white photo (even though it's not a full body shot)... it just looks amazing! She has an awesome head, nice clean lips and a snout that isn't too short or anything. One of her side view water pics also looks great.... The only thing I could think of why that person said she didn't fit the 'Jeep standard' is that she might have a lil' more weight. We've only seen a few Jeep APBT's and they are very conditioned, muscular but slender, most likely for fighting. She still looks good though. In these days, most people don't condition their dogs like back in the days, unless they are still using their dog for some sort of game sport, like hog hunting or maybe even weight pulling.
They were probably, like you said, trying to get some money doing a quick stud service. Lucky you are smart and know better!
