theres no 'bloodline' test no. you can do a dna test but all that will tell is if the dog is purebred or not or you can get a parentage test which will tell you only if your dog did in fact come out of those dogs. Really all you can do is try to get the parents of your pup to register there dogs when you register your dogs, then at least your dog will have a started pedigree. But if they don't want to or cant for some reason you will just have to start your pedigree from your dog. You can tell people what bloodline you believe the pups parents were from and either they will believe you or not. It kinda almost doesnt matter, really you will be working on your own bloodline anyway.
I actually have a girl or two like that. My one girl I know who she came out of and who they came out of as well as most of who they come out of but i never got any pedigree so hers just starts with her. There is no doubt she is purebred tho to anyone who sees her and it is no problem. In fact she has had a three year waiting list on her pups. My other female I bought from someone who was supposed to be quite respectable. She was dual registered and I know her bloodline as well. When I went to pick her up, they had one set of papers and not the other so we signed a contract stating they would send both sets as soon as they found the other set. Well unfortunely for me, personal problems in there life lead them to no longer be in business and they had more problems than to care if I got my papers or not and unfortunely for my very preggo girl, she never did get them. All you can do is explain the situation to people if they wonder about the pedigree and they will believe you or not. I haven't had a problem with that personally, if they want a pup with lengthy pedigree i just refer them to another litter.
