With your material you will also be receiving a Family Profile disc. On the disc we have have both a sales contract and a screening form. You will be able to grab these and tweak them to your needs if you wish.
The information that pruettpits. Most of the stuff mentioned is provided in the forms we make available in some form or antoher. In regards to the tracking as long as they are registered with us we can take care of all that for you.

yea, the APBR sends u all that stuff, more than u will need most likely, they will also send u more if u need it, theyre very helpful. u will see when u get ur packet! the screening forms are essential!!! and should b given before the contract. (it helps u get to kno the person & about them better, so u can make a decison as if u REALLY want to sell them a pup).
but once again, i would HIGHLY reccomend u using the stuff from APBR. its very, very thorough and quite easy.. GOOD LUCK!
